SHIELD- Mosquito Traps

 Aedes/Culex  mosquitoes are difficult to control as they lay their eggs in very small breeding sites and have become resistant to chemical insecticides. The In2Care® Mosquito Station attracts and kills female mosquitoes with novel green ingredients that target both mosquito larvae and adults. It is the first to exploit the concept of ‘autodissemination’, resulting in an effective kill of mosquito larvae in breeding sites surrounding the Station. For more information on how the traps work please watch the video to the left.


Our Shield program includes set up of the mosquito trap, changing of water and satchel every 4 weeks, and initial organic spray upon set up to give quick knock down of mosquitoes. Traps begin working immediately however take up to 30 days to be fully effective.


Organic spray for the traps is made is with Essential Oils like Cedarwood Oil and Cinnamon Oil.


For average size homes a minimum of 2 traps are required ( one front and one back) and on larger properties several more maybe needed. Trap investment starts at $30.00 per trap per 4 week period with discounts available for multiple traps
